Returns
- Broken or damaged?
- Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund.
- No need to mail it back
- Keep the sticky mess. Just send the photo.
- All other sales
- Final. Honey is food, so we can't take opened or unwanted jars back.
- Lost package?
- If tracking stalls, reach out. We'll sort it out with the carrier.
